Her research focus is on the modulation of T cells by PI3K inhibitors in CLL. This would help us understand why some patients develop autoimmune toxicities with PI3K inhibitor therapy. Deepti has a key role in the lab of investigating multiple clinical trials data by utilizing mass cytometry (CyTOF), flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, cytokines assays and western blotting techniques |
